What a gorgeous Wedding! From the hot couple, to stunning angels, equisite flower arrangements, giant balloons, Brighton wedding venue, Sassi Holford Wedding skirt and jacket, to the natural sunflare, this Wedding and awesome couple are a photographers dream.
Charlotte and Tom live in London, however Charlotte’s roots lay in Brighton therefore they chose to marry at the All Saints Church near to her parents home, and just a short drive from their chosen Brighton wedding venue, Pangdean Old Barn.
I arrived with Charlotte around midday to capture some details and the final touches with the girls, Chalotte had chosen her sister Rebecca to be her Maid of Honour, and then instead of having bridesmaids she had her 5 best friends as her Angels, yep Charlotte’s Angels! all dressed in white, including Rebecca, and I have to say everyone looked sensational. Wearing different short white dresses, while Rebecca wore a long white fishtail dress as Maid of Honour. Charlotte of course wore something truly unique and beautiful – a Sassi Holford long skirt adorned in feather like tassels which blew in the wind, and a little white Sassi Holford jacket, with her tall model like frame she looked utterly divine, and she didn’t stop smiling. There were lots of giggles, presents, singing and excitement, which I’m sure videographer Gael filmed much of!
After a romantic Church ceremony, we moved on to their Brighton wedding venue, Pangdean Old Barn. Situated within acres of countryside, and with use of the beautiful gardens I was able to capture lots of country garden photos with family and friends. I loved the giant white balloons, making a brilliant impact on the photos. With the amazingly low sun before heading in to the barn for the wedding breakfast I was able to take the most romantic portraits with the light falling onto Tom and Charlotte in the gardens, I simply love all the sunflare, they’re definitely my favourites from the day.
Tom and Charlotte chose Viva Verde florist in East Sussex, who is uber talented and decorated the barn with hanging rows of flowers over the tables, they looked so pretty and romantic, blending in with the authentic barn, ceiling covered in fairylights and tables lit with candles. The whole evening ran smoothly, full of gigges and emotion, and an excited bride flinging her hair about on the dancefloor!
It was such a wonderful wedding with a great crowd of guests and friendly attentive staff. This was the perfect wedding to end the busy high Wedding season with, from the look, couple, atmosphere to design, it was pretty perfect for an English Country Wedding.
A huge congratulations to you both and I really do wish you the very best for the future as husband and wife!
